Sheri Gordon, MA, PHR, SHRM‑CP, TVHRA Board of Directors Professional Development Chair, is a Human Resources consultant with 15+ years of experience supporting higher education. Her background includes strategic HR, Lean process improvement, HRIS leadership, compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and large‑scale project execution. Her background includes a broad spectrum of HR partnerships, but always serving higher education, including Eastern Kentucky University, Berea College, and Maryville College. As a LABP Green Belt, Sheri applies continuous improvement principles to HR processes and advises organizations on the responsible use of AI to enhance efficiency, decision making, and employee experience without compromising compliance or equity.
