What separates high-performing teams from those that struggle to get results? Teams that struggle often have several things in common: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results or what Patrick Lencioni calls, "The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team."
Join us for our upcoming luncheon on July 14 from 12:00–1:00 PM for an engaging and practical session examining the "5 Dysfunctions" model and learn how to translate them into actionable strategies for HR and people leaders.
Through real-world examples, group discussion, and self-reflection, attendees will gain tools to better understand where their teams may be struggling and how to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and results.
What you’ll take away:

Tulika Vohra is the Regional Director of Operations at Greater Knoxville ENT Associates, where she leads and develops multiple teams across the organization. Working with many teams over the course of her career, she has seen firsthand how trust, healthy conflict, and accountability separate high-performing groups from those that struggle. This hands-on experience—building, coaching, and turning around operational teams—has made team dynamics a central focus of her leadership practice. Drawing on Patrick Lencioni's "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" model alongside her own real-world results, Tulika translates proven frameworks into practical, immediately usable tools for HR and people leaders. Her sessions are interactive, candid, and grounded in the day-to-day realities of leading people, helping attendees diagnose where their teams break down and equipping them with concrete techniques to build stronger, more cohesive, results-driven teams.
