Have you heard (or thought) these statements?  “Motivation?!?  “They’re professionals, they don’t need motivation.” How about this… “My people aren’t producing… they need motivation.”

Motivation is the most over-rated and over-used concept in management.  Jennifer Goodrich will debunk the myth that worker productivity is always a function of their motivation or engagement levels.   She will expand the focus to four factors which cause productivity loss; Capacity, Attitude, Skills, and Habits (i.e., The C.A.S.H.® model).  Jennifer will explain the model as well as how to distinguish between someone who is trying their best but lacks ability and someone with abundant ability who is not applying their talents.

Jennifer Goodrich is President of Benchmark Leadership Training, a licensee of Crestcom which operates in 53 countries and >50 U.S. markets.

Jennifer trains managers of leading organizations on subjects such as Multi-Generational Workplace, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service, Time Management, Team Building, Employee Development, Organization, and Communication Effectiveness.

Jennifer Goodrich was the Vice President of Marketing & New Product Development for a national playset manufacturer.  She previously worked for Moen Faucets, Avery-Dennison and Newell-Rubbermaid.   Jennifer served as the Corporate Strategist for Moen in their Mergers & Acquisitions group.  She created a new company within Moen's portfolio of companies and initiated strategic alliances in Southern China, Central Mexico and Eastern Europe.

Jennifer served as a board member of Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Women Business Owners and Entrepreneur Organization.

She holds a B.A. in Economics from Clark University and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California and is currently completing on her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
