Are We There Yet?  Navigating The Return To The Workplace.  There are many issues, legal and practical, that impact an employer’s decision of whether, when, and under what conditions employees should return to the workplace.  The presentation will discuss multiple of these, including the vaccine mandate, accommodation requirements and other issues that impact the decisions, plans and actions to be taken.
